More images of the upcoming 71023 The LEGO Movie 2 Collectable Minifigre were revealed from the internet while we still waiting LEGO to officially release the images. This new series is expected to release in Feb 2019. We can see from the picture that there are total 20 characters to be collected.
From the box art we can see the minifigure bag is slightly taller.
