This is a set released in July under the new Scooby Doo theme. From various feedback, this definitely a nice set with 437 pieces, include a lighthouse (build over an island), a small boat, 5 minifigures (Scooby-Doo, Shaggy, Daphne, Swamp Monster and the Lighthouse keeper) and some great accessories.

This Haunted Lighthouse is full of tricks and features.
- Firstly, the base, it features with a big skull on the left which is the door of a small cave. On the right, there is a small harbor for the boat. The boat has a special steering wheel and at the back of the boat is a powerful engine.
- Then, you'll the 3 floors' lighthouse that's built over the island. Nothing much on the ground floor except a small ladder and a printed piece mentioned "keep out" were put outside of the building.
- On the 2nd floor, you'll see a door with bar and behind it is a big spider web.
- Finally, on the top of the lighthouse, it has a big light surrounded by glass. The lighthouse keeper will stay behind the barrier.
